Growing up as the oldest of eight children, Casme` is a natural born leader—with her music, and behind the music. In 2009 after winning 1st Runner Up in the Miss Black Tennessee Pageant, Casme` launched her mentoring program, 4U Mentoring, and her I’m Not Every Girl Song/Campaign geared toward young girls, promoting individuality, self-love and high self-esteem. Through 4U, Casme` connects with youth in an effort to encourage and inform them about major issues that plague our society. To date, approximately 2,000 youth have been personally touched by her efforts.
This multi-talented singer, songwriter, dancer, graphic/fashion/interior designer, humanitarian and motivational speaker is also acting on the big screen. She’s been featured in Tyler Perry’s I Can Do Bad All By Myself, TBS’s House Of Payne, Madea’s Big Happy Family and The Braxton Family Values. She has also starred in major stage plays Marrying Up, The Lost Son, featuring Terrell Carter and Tall Dark & Handsome, featuring R&B crooner, Tony Terry, and BET comedians Sheryl Underwood and Bill Hill.
When Casme` performs, she pours her heart out on the stage and welcomes the audience to join her on her journey of love. Her vocals are strong and pure and her lyrics display artistic genius. Currently she is working with Grammy Award Nominated AND Winning producers on her International Debut Album, Hidden Treasure. Casme’ will soon be a household name announced with joy, enthusiasm & love.
